The COVID 19 pandemic has presented us all with enormous and varied challenges. A number of our clients have been forced to find a replacement for face-to-face events such as presence events, trade shows and annual general meetings.
A REAL ALTERNATIVEOur event team came up with a concept for a client to implement events digitally in a profitable way. The primary goal was to create an experience for visitors and to present the client’s content in the best possible way.
We made the best possible use of the technical opportunities of a digital event.
A decisive advantage of the very short project phase was that all necessary services came from a single source. Many core competencies were involved in the project, such as professional set construction or modern interior design.
Of course, everything with professional implementation and consideration of hygiene standards.
PROCESS OF DIGITAL TRADE FAIRS AND EVENTS
In order to get the participants in the mood for the event and to sympathetically remind them of the date, the guests received a digital or physical invitation in advance. In some cases, this also included an exciting mailing.
In the run-up to the event, visitors could register and were given access to selected areas and materials in advance. For the respective events, all areas were unlocked and visitors could book virtual appointments and attend presentations. After the official part, visitors and organizers could exchange ideas in our virtual lounge and make contacts as usual.
By linking accessable information, meetings, lectures and a pleasant ambient atmosphere, it is possible to generate an exciting and successful event.
